School Visits

I had a great day at Heart Of the Lakes Elementary School today. I shared some books about eating healthy and staying active. We talked about my 2-step plan "ME" Move More and Eat Real. The kids all took the MyPlate Pledge and I shared with them my autograph cards and #CreatingGenerationHealthy bracelets.
