Sportsmanship is defined as fair and generous behavior or treatment of others, especially in a sports contest. Today, I define it as Special Olympic Athletes.  The love and caring that these individual athletes display toward one another is simply inspiring. I am so blessed to have been asked to spend my day volunteering for with this wonderful Organization.

Today I traded in my crown for a hard hat to help break ground for the new Perham High School. What an honor to be chosen to represent my peers at PHS and speak at my High School's Groundbreaking Ceremony.  I am so proud of my community, and our ability to rally around important projects like this one. 

Who says exercise has to be hard or boring? These kids attended the 80's themed free kids dance with me , and we all got our recommended 60 minutes of active play in for the day, followed by a healthy snack. Dancing is such an easy, fun way to move more. #creatinggenerationhealthy
