Kid's Dance

Who says exercise has to be hard or boring? These kids attended the 80's themed free kids dance with me , and we all got our recommended 60 minutes of active play in for the day, followed by a healthy snack. Dancing is such an easy, fun way to move more. #creatinggenerationhealthy
