Creating Generation Healthy... one book at a time

Volunteering weekly at Great Beginnings Child Care as the Activities Leader, creates many opportunities for me to share my platform with children. Here are some of the kids that I work with, enjoying a new book I brought to share with them. Eating the Alphabet is filled with great examples of fruits and vegetables. Creating Generation Healthy is all about Moving More and Eating Real. What better way to eat real, than fruits and veggies. #CreatingGenerationHealthy
